  1. Preparation

  (1) Check whether the electrical switch, instrument indication and equipment transmission are normal;

  (2) Check whether the bottle pulling wheel clutch is in the normal position. If it is in the neutral position, please adjust it properly;

  (3) Turn on the power switch of the machine, turn on the speed regulating switch, and the set frequency is displayed on the fluorescent screen of the inverter operation panel. At this time, press the RUN key, the inverter will work, and the motor speed will gradually reach the set value. Stop pressing the STOP key;

  (4) Run the machine without load for 2 minutes, check whether the equipment and mechanical transmission structure are normal, and whether the running sound is normal, and then start production;

  2. Run

  First, open the water inlet valve to fill the tank with water, open the brine free valve, open the water for injection valve, spray normally, open the water pump switch to fill the cleaning tank with water, adjust the water inlet, keep the tank at a certain water level (it is strictly prohibited to open the ultrasonic wave without reaching the water level), and open the air and gas valve. When the water level in the tank reaches the specified water level, turn on the ultrasonic switch, and the ultrasonic cleaner will enter the bottle washing state.

  (1) The operator puts the vials into the bottle feeding tray, turns on the speed regulating switch, makes the speed range 10~26Hz (100~400 vials/min 7mL), and presses the RUN key to start production.

  (2) In case of bottle jam, first press the STOP key to stop the machine, check the bottle jam position, clean the broken bottle in time, adjust the bottle wheel, and then start production.

  (3) Put the vials into the bottle pulling wheel and rail on the bottle management turntable. It is strictly forbidden to pour vials into it.

  3. Maintenance

  (1) The maintenance shall be carried out according to the operating requirements of the glassware washer: the sleeve roller chain, the bottle inlet system, the bottle outlet system, and the bearings of the return device shall be lubricated once a shift; Grease the chain box drive shaft, universal coupling and other bearings every two shifts; Each gearbox shall be checked for lubrication once a quarter, and the lubricating oil shall be replaced if necessary.

  (2) Frequently observe whether the action of each part is synchronous, whether there is abnormal noise, whether the fasteners are loose, whether the liquid temperature and liquid level meet the requirements, whether the water pressure and steam pressure are normal, whether the nozzle and filter screen are blocked and cleaned, whether the bearing temperature is normal, and whether the lubrication is good. Once abnormal conditions are found, they shall be handled in a timely manner.

  (3) Every time the washing liquid is replaced and the waste water is discharged, the machine shall be thoroughly flushed to remove dirt and broken glass, and the filter cartridge shall be cleaned and dredged.
