1、 Preparation
1. Operator: moisture-proof windbreaker or apron, round hat, mask, goggles or protective mask, gloves or stab resistant rubber latex gloves.

1. Make sure that no foreign matters fall into the bottom of the ultrasonic cleaner chamber, and remove them if necessary.
2. Preparation of cleaning solution: add water and detergent in proportion to the cleaning tank.
3. Turn on the power switch, and the machine will perform self-test.
4. Open the degassing switch to remove the gas.
5. Set the solution temperature and heat the cleaning solution. The heating set temperature shall not exceed 45 ° C.
6. After initial rinsing of the instrument under flowing water, place the instrument in an ultrasonic cleaner to clean the sample basket. It must be equipped with a cleaning basket and placed directly at the bottom of the ultrasonic cleaning chamber. The instrument must be fully opened and the components separated by a removable instrument. Place the slender hollow instrument (such as a straw) downward at an angle to fill the cavity with solution, and immerse the liquid level of the cleaning solution in the equipment for 2 to 4 cm.
7. Close the cover of the ultrasonic cleaner, set the cleaning time, and then start ultrasonic cleaning. The ultrasonic cleaning time is 3 to 5 minutes and should not exceed 10 minutes.
8. After ultrasonic cleaning, the equipment shall be cleaned, rinsed, non rinsed and disinfected. After the ultrasonic cleaning is completed, the liquid in the ultrasonic cleaning machine will be discharged.
3、 Treatment of insufficient water pressure of glassware washer
1. Check the overflow valve, and replace the accessories in time when it is found to be aging.
2. Check whether the inflow flow is sufficient. If not, the outflow pressure of the glassware washer will meet the requirements if the inflow flow reaches the corresponding specification after treatment.
3. Check and clean the water inlet filter. When the air in the clean water inlet filter is exhausted, the water outlet pressure can reach the corresponding specifications.
4. Check whether the high and low pressure water seals and the inlet and outlet one-way valves leak. If there is a problem, replace these parts in time to eliminate the problem.
