1. Cleaning of new glassware by laboratory glassware washing machine: the surface of new glassware is often attached with free alkaline substances, which need to be neutralized and removed with acid. The original hand washing method is: scrub with synthetic lotion or soapy water, rinse, soak with dilute hydrochloric acid for more than 4 hours, and then inject concentrated hydrochloric acid to cover the inner wall of the whole vessel for several minutes until it is washed clean. Machine washing of the washing machine can be carried out with normal temperature water first, and then with our glassware cleaning program.

Laboratory glassware washing machine can clean glassware stained with oil: glassware stained with paraffin, vaseline or other oils should be cleaned separately to prevent oil from polluting other glassware, which increases the difficulty of cleaning. Alkali has a specific removal effect on oil stain at high temperature, so we adopt the scheme of room temperature pre washing (removing dust and particles)+adding alkali at high temperature of 95 ℃. If the oil stains the utensils for a long time, alkaline agent can also be added in the room temperature pre washing stage to increase the cleaning effect.

　　3. Laboratory glassware washing machine can clean the utensils with residual organic matter: ordinary organic matter residues can be removed with alkaline agent, so 75 ℃ water temperature plus alkaline agent cleaning scheme is adopted.

　　4. Laboratory glassware washing machine can clean the mixed residue of organics and inorganic substances: generally, the mixed residue is cleaned by using acid agent to remove inorganic substances, and then using alkali agent to remove organic substances.

　　5. Thermal disinfection and cleaning of laboratory glassware washing machine: since thermal disinfection is required, the water temperature is set at 95 ℃, and it can be maintained at this temperature for 3-10 minutes to play the role of disinfection.
